Custom software · United Arab Emirates
Software built by someone who's run the business.
I build the operational systems that UAE businesses need once spreadsheets, paper job cards and WhatsApp groups stop coping. Not an agency — one person who has managed fleets, clinics and a dealership floor, and who builds the tool you actually needed.

Fleet overview
LiveThe same operation, six weeks apart. Illustration — not a client's real data.
The moment you need this
The spreadsheet works right up until it doesn't.
Most businesses I work with are not broken. They are just running a AED-millions operation on a file that one person maintains and nobody else fully understands.
One person is the system.
When they are on leave, nobody knows which vehicle is where or which invoice went out.
The numbers arrive too late to act on.
Last month's report lands halfway through this month, assembled by hand from four places.
The software you bought fits 60% of you.
So your team keeps a shadow spreadsheet for the other 40%, and the two never agree.
Staff re-type the same data three times.
Booking to job card to invoice, by hand, with a new chance to get it wrong at each step.
What I build
Four kinds of system. All of them replace something you are doing by hand.
Operations systems
"A system to run the business on."
Jobs, vehicles, staff, stock and customers in one place, with the rules your business actually follows built in — not the ones a generic product assumes.
- job cards
- rosters
- approvals
- audit trail
Dashboards & reporting
"I want to see my numbers in one place."
Every branch, every channel, every spend line on one screen that is correct this morning — instead of a report assembled by hand five days late.
- branch P&L
- ad spend
- utilisation
- exports
Booking & customer systems
"Somewhere to manage clients and appointments."
Appointments, reminders, history and follow-ups that hold together when three branches and six staff are all booking into the same day.
- scheduling
- reminders
- client history
- no-shows
Automation & integrations
"Stop my team re-typing the same data."
Connect what you already pay for — accounting, WhatsApp, payment links, supplier feeds — so information moves once, correctly, without a person in the middle.
- accounting
- payments
- imports
How it works
Four phases. You see something working after the second one.
No long silent build. Each phase ends with something you can open and judge, and you can stop after any of them.
Sit with the operation
A day inside the business — the spreadsheets, the WhatsApp groups, the workarounds your staff invented. Most of what matters is never in the brief.
Scope, price, date
One document: what I understood, what I will build, one fixed price, one delivery date, and what is explicitly not included. You approve it before anything is built.
Build in the open
Working software every week or two, on a link you can open from your phone. You correct course while it is cheap to correct, not at the end.
Hand over properly
Your team trained, the accounts and the code in your name, written documentation, and a month of support included. You are never locked to me.
Selected work
Systems running in real businesses, used daily by people who are not technical.
Fleet & transport
Driver and fleet management platform
Drivers, vehicles, assignments and the daily job flow for a UAE fleet operation. A waiting list decides who gets the next car, documents come out as PDFs, and messages go to drivers over WhatsApp from the same place. Outside workshops get their own portal, with access to the vehicles they are repairing and nothing else.
- Replaced
- Shared spreadsheets, paper assignment sheets
- Used by
- Operations staff, drivers and outside workshops, daily
Clinics
Multi-branch marketing spend dashboard
Advertising spend, patient enquiries and revenue for four clinics across five branches. The figures arrive from the ad platforms on their own and are checked against the group's own income sheet, so the month is readable while the month is still running.
- Replaced
- Manual monthly reports from several platforms
- Used by
- Owners and marketing, weekly
Automotive
Vehicle care centre operations
Bookings, job tracking and customer records for a vehicle presentation house: detailing, paint protection, tint, ceramic and wraps, along with memberships and warranties, home service, and the wash carts working parking lots. Built around how the bay runs, not how a generic booking product assumes it does.
- Replaced
- Diary bookings and handwritten job cards
- Used by
- Front desk and bay staff, daily
Trading & retail
Discount and voucher platform
A voucher platform running in the UAE and Egypt. Customers browse and claim offers in one app, vendor staff redeem them in another, and both sides are run from a single admin screen. Restaurants on it can take menu orders through the same app.
- Runs in
- The UAE and Egypt
- Used by
- Customers and vendor staff
Holiday rentals
Vacation rental booking platform
A UAE holiday rental platform with two sides: one where guests browse and book, one where staff manage the properties behind them. Guests sign in with a code sent over WhatsApp, so there is no password to forget. Rates can be set by the month, and the nightly price follows from it.
- Runs on
- Web and mobile, guest and management sides
- Sign-in
- One-time code over WhatsApp
Restaurants
QR code menu platform
Every restaurant gets its own menu page, opened from a link or from the QR code on the table. All of the menus are edited from one admin panel, so changing a price takes a moment and costs nothing to reprint.
- Opened from
- A link, or the QR code on the table
- Managed from
- One panel, every restaurant
How it is built
Boring, well-supported tools — so any developer can pick it up after me.
The interesting part of your project should be your business logic, not an exotic technology choice you have to live with for five years.

Ways to work together
Three shapes. Pick the one that matches where you are.
Most common
Scoped build
A defined system, a fixed price, a delivery date. You know the number before anything starts.
- Fixed scope and fixed price
- Paid in phases, not upfront
- Training and handover included
- 30 days of support after launch
Quoted after the scoping phase
Recommended
Build & maintain
The build, then a monthly retainer for changes, support and hosting — because a system that never changes is a system nobody uses.
- Everything in a scoped build
- Agreed hours each month for changes
- Hosting, backups and monitoring handled
- Priority response when something breaks
Monthly retainer, cancel with 30 days' notice
Rescue
Take over an unfinished build
A previous developer left, or the project stalled. I audit what exists, tell you honestly whether to finish it or restart, and quote either way.
- Paid audit first — no commitment
- Honest finish-or-restart recommendation
- Accounts and code recovered into your name
Audit quoted as a fixed fee
Who you are hiring
I have sat on your side of the desk.
My background is not computer science. It is automotive dealership operations — job cards, service reminders, margin sheets, month-end. Since then I have run a fleet and driver management business and overseen a group of aesthetic clinics.
Which means the problems I build for are mostly problems I have personally had. I know why the roster is a spreadsheet, why the receptionist keeps a second notebook, and why the report your accountant sends does not match what you see on the floor.
That is the whole difference. You spend the first meeting telling me what you need, not explaining how your business works.
Automotive dealership operations
Service, parts and floor operations — the workflows and the month-end reporting behind them.
Fleet & driver management
Running a driver and vehicle operation working alongside established UAE transport operators.
Multi-branch clinic group
Bookings, staff, marketing spend and reporting across a group of aesthetic clinics.
Based in the UAE
Same time zone, same working week, able to come to your office.
Straight answers
The questions everyone asks before they commit.
You're one person. What happens if you disappear?
The code, the hosting and every account are in your name from day one, and the system is documented so another developer can take it over. I also work in short phases, so there is always something finished and working rather than a half-built project you cannot use. For the same budget an agency gives you a junior developer and a project manager relaying messages — here you get the person who understands the business.
Why not just buy off-the-shelf software?
Often you should, and I will tell you when. Buy it when your process is genuinely standard. Build it when the 40% that does not fit is the part that makes you money — that gap is where the shadow spreadsheets breed, and it usually costs more per year than building the thing properly once.
How much does a system cost?
It depends entirely on scope, so any number before a scoping conversation would be invented. What I can promise is the shape: one fixed price and one delivery date, agreed in writing before any building starts, with what is excluded written down just as clearly.
How long until we are using it?
Most builds run four to ten weeks end to end. You will be clicking through working software within the first two to three weeks — early, deliberately, so you can change your mind while changing it is still cheap.
My team is not technical. Will they actually use it?
That is the only real test, and it is why I sit in the operation first. A system your staff quietly work around is a failed project regardless of how well it is built, so it gets designed around how the work already happens — and training and handover are part of the price, not an extra.
Can you work with our existing systems?
Usually yes. Most projects involve connecting to something already in place — accounting software, a booking platform, WhatsApp, supplier feeds. If a system genuinely cannot be connected, I will tell you that at the scoping stage rather than after you have paid.
Start a project
Tell me what your team is doing by hand.
That is the whole first conversation. If I can help, I will say how. If off-the-shelf software would serve you better, I will tell you that instead — it costs you nothing to ask.
